Thank you for supporting our small business. Because ANTŌRI products are paper goods, all sales are final. This helps us maintain the highest quality, hygiene, and sustainability standards. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
We want you to love your placemats. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To start a claim, please reach out to hello@antorihome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@antorihome.com.
