Because our products are made from paper and intended for one-time or limited use, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and your support.
Damages & Order Issues
Your experience matters to us. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know, we’re here to help.
To submit a claim, email hello@antorihome.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. Each request is reviewed individually. If approved, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@antorihome.com and we’ll be glad to assist.
