At ANTŌRI, many of our pieces are thoughtfully made to order, with a small selection kept in limited quantities as our collections are designed to rotate regularly. We choose this intentional approach to reduce waste, support small-batch production, and focus on quality over mass manufacturing. Thank you for your patience and for supporting how we create.
Processing & Lead Times
Because many items are made to order, please allow 14–21 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and availability. We promise every order is handled with care.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.

Standard Shipping:
Once your order has finished processing, it will ship via a standard carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please email hello@antorihome.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
